⚠️ Key Reminders Before You Register

• By registering, you confirm that all team members have read and accept the full terms and conditions.

• A team consists of six people (5 scaffolders + 1 team captain).

• All participants must be at least 16 years old (if 16–17, a signed parental consent is required).

• Everyone must hold valid training/certification for scaffolding & working at height, and at least one teammate must be first-aid certified.

• Proof of health and accident insurance (covering work at height and emergency repatriation) is required at check-in.

• Mandatory PPE (helmet, full body harness, safety footwear, gloves, eye protection, etc.) must be worn at all times in competition areas.

• Alcohol or drug use is prohibited. Testing may be done; violation = disqualification.

• One substitution is allowed during a round—time continues while substitution occurs.

• Teams are responsible for their own travel, visas, accommodation, and tools.

• By participating, you consent to photos, video, audio recordings and use of your name/voice/image for event purposes.

The application / participation fee is:

• 2000 EUR per team

• Payable only after registration is approved (instructions sent by email)

• Must be paid within the stated deadline, otherwise the slot is lost and may go to a waitlist team

• Fee is non-refundable except in case of full event cancellation or force majeure

• Applications are reviewed by the organizer after submission.

• Due to limited team slots and the need for fair review, approval may take up to 2–3 weeks.

• Teams will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions once approved.

• A team’s spot is only secured after the participation fee is paid within the stated deadline.
