Alejandro Garcia Named ScaffChamp Powered by Layher Ambassador

We are pleased to announce that Alejandro Garcia has been officially recognized as a ScaffChamp Ambassador, an honor awarded to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the event and to the wider scaffolding community.

Alejandro is an experienced civil engineer with extensive expertise in scaffolding engineering, structural stability, and international project practice. During his recent training for engineers across the Baltic region, he delivered more than technical instruction. He shared real project examples, demonstrated manual verification methods, and reinforced the importance of professional responsibility in scaffold design and safety.

As an ambassador, Alejandro will continue supporting ScaffChamp by contributing to the ongoing improvement of competition design and safety planning. He will also provide an independent structural verification of the 2026 competition structure through a CAT3 check, a standard widely used in the UK to ensure external and objective confirmation of scaffold stability.

The ScaffChamp Ambassador Award is reserved for individuals whose work, dedication, and influence have helped shape the event into what it is today. Ambassadors represent excellence, commitment to safety, and a strong belief in elevating the standards of our industry.
