Aaron Maguire Named ScaffChamp powered by Layher Ambassador

We are proud to announce Aaron Maguire (Maguire Scaffolding) as a ScaffChamp powered by Layher Ambassador.

Aaron has more than 12 years of experience in the scaffolding industry and a genuine passion for the craft and for the people behind it. Many know him through his TikTok and online platform The Scaff Man, where he shares real site experiences, practical advice, and everyday scaffolding life, helping both newcomers and experienced scaffolders grow and stay informed.

Aaron first arrived at ScaffChamp in 2024 as a competitor. In 2025, he returned as part of AK Scaffolding, representing the UK at the ScaffChamp, and he will once again be part of the same team in 2026. His journey reflects exactly what ScaffChamp is about, returning stronger, learning, sharing, and pushing the industry forward together.

Beyond competitions, Aaron is also deeply involved in The Direction Project, where he helps rehabilitate, train, and support ex-offenders in finding a path into the scaffolding industry, giving people real opportunities for a fresh start and a skilled career.

The ScaffChamp Ambassador award is given to individuals who have made a meaningful impact on the event and on the scaffolding community. Aaron’s dedication, openness, and commitment to helping others make him a truly deserving recipient.
